Payment Method
ShootProof offers a payment processor called ShootProof Pay, powered by Stripe, available to all U.S.-based studios. This allows studios to collect order and invoice payments from clients quickly, safely, and professionally.
Clients have the option to pay with any major credit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. To use Google Pay or Apple Pay, clients need to have one of those options enabled on the device they're ordering from.
The credit card processing fee for ShootProof Pay is 2.9%, plus $.30 per transaction. There is no additional fee to transfer funds from the ShootProof Pay account to the bank account. If eligible for Instant Payouts, funds can be transferred directly to the debit card within 30 minutes. Instant Payouts are subject to a 1.5% fee, with a minimum of $1.50 for payout.
Payouts are available 2-5 business days after they are processed through ShootProof Pay. The more orders processed through ShootProof Pay, the sooner the funds will be available.

How To Open A Shootproof Account?

Shootproof Return Policy?
ShootProof's return policy varies depending on the type of product:

For orders made through ShootProof Pay, studios have 180 days to refund clients for any reason. The refund process is quick and easy, and clients will receive their refund within 5-10 business days. If there aren't enough funds available in the ShootProof Pay account to cover the refund, the connected bank account will be automatically debited the difference.

Digital products, templates, documents, and materials purchased from the Marketplace are non-refundable and not returnable, under any circumstances. All Marketplace sales are final.

ShootProof does not offer refunds on lab products, however, they are able to work with the lab to request a reprint.
Please note that orders that have been submitted to the lab cannot be canceled. Once an order is moved to the Canceled status, it cannot be undone and can no longer be submitted to the lab. Canceling an order does not trigger a refund. If a self-fulfilled order the client has already paid for is being canceled, a refund will need to be issued using the steps mentioned above if applicable.
Processing fees are refunded when a client is refunded. In the event of a partial refund, a prorated portion of the processing fees will be refunded.
